Secure I AM can offer Pyronix Cloud annual renewal subscriptions.

Prices from £20 per annum equivalent:-

1 Year £28       equivalent £28 per annum
2 Years £50      equivalent £25 per annum
5 Years £120    equivalent £24 per annum
10 Years £200    equivalent £20 per annum


Secure I AM will need your panel System ID and Cloud password in order to add your subscription.

Existing subscribers to the Pyronix Cloud must deregister there account in order to be placed on Secure I AM subscription list.

If you are struggling to deregister please contact Pyronix  and raise a deregistration ticket, the process takes around two weeks if you need to go down this route.

You don't need to have your alarm maintained by Secure I AM to take advantage of this offer.

We require the following to set your system up:-

1. The system not to be registered, or at least be deregistered from the previous companies system in order to add it our Pyronix Cloud account.

2. The Panel ID

3. The cloud Password.


To deregister your account:-

Log into the Pyronix Cloud account and deregister the panel.
The must be done with the account holder for the quickest deregistration to take place.

This is likely to be self installs, or where the installer has placed you directly with Pyronix.

If you are unable to deregister yourself you can request a deregistration by creating a ticket with Pyronix.  https://www.pyronixcloud.com/tickets.

The person registered is emailed for a response so check your email of all users of the system in the first instance.

If there has been no response within two weeks you should receive a reply to the ticket explaining the panel has been released /(deregistered).


The Panel ID:-

You can check the System ID in the Master Manager Menu of the control panel.

Press the D key then enter the Master Manager Code.

Press NO until ‘SET UP APP DATA?’ is displayed then press YES

Continue to press YES until ‘System ID’ is displayed and make a note of it (this can’t be changed and unique to the panel).

Repeatedly press NO until ‘EXIT MANAGER MENU?’ is displayed and press ‘YES’ to return to day mode.

The Cloud Password:-

You can check the Cloud Password in the Master Manager Menu of the control panel.

Press the D key then enter the Master Manager Code.

Press NO until ‘SET UP APP DATA?’ is displayed then press YES.

Continue to press YES until ‘Cloud Password’ is displayed and make a note of it (do not change the cloud password).

Repeatedly press NO until ‘EXIT MANAGER MENU?’ is displayed and press ‘YES’ to return to day mode.
